Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for supporting GoatLove Skincare. We take great care in crafting products that are safe, nourishing, and made with love in the Philippines.
Please review our Refund & Return guidelines below.

All Sales are Final

Due to the nature of skincare and personal-use products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped and received.

This policy ensures product safety, hygiene, and quality for all customers.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective unit, we will gladly assist you.

Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at jairojas.daddysbest@gmail.com with:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. A clear photo of the product, outer packaging, and waybill

  3. A short description of the issue
     

Once reviewed, we may:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Provide store credit if the item is no longer available
     

Replacements are shipped free of charge.

Missing Items

If an item appears to be missing from your order:

  1. Take a photo of the unboxing as proof

  2. Send your order number and photos to jairojas.daddysbest@gmail.com
     

We'll verify the packing records and assist you promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before payment.
Once payment is confirmed or the order is processed, it can no longer be cancelled.

For manual bank payments, failure to send proof of payment within 24 hours may result in automatic cancellation.

Allergic Reactions and Skin Sensitivity

Our products are formulated with gentle, skin-nourishing ingredients. However, because every skin type is different:

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for skin reactions, sensitivities, or results that do not match customer expectations.

  • We encourage patch-testing before full use.
     

If you need help choosing the right product, please contact us anytime.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Shipping delays by the courier are outside our control, but we will assist with claims when possible. For lost parcels, please contact us at jairojas.daddysbest@gmail.com so we can coordinate with the courier.
